Architecture on Stage: Liebman Villavecchia
Eileen Liebman and Fernando Villavecchia established Liebman Villavecchia Arquitectos in 1987 in Barcelona. The practice has maintained a strong focus on the design of private houses, often developed through the adaptation of existing structures. Their talk will be followed by a conversation with Stephen Bates (Sergison Bates Architects), with whom they collaborated on the design of the Casa Voltes in Cadaqués. Edited by Stephen Bates and Fernando Villavecchia, the book “LINEAGE AND LEGACY. A Certain Modernism in Cadaqués” was published in 2021.
Architecture on Stage is a programme of talks curated by the Architecture Foundation in partnership with the Barbican Centre.

En els treballs de l’estudi hi ha hagut uns èmfasis especial en el disseny de cases privades, sovint desenvolupades mitjançant l’adaptació d’estructures existents. La xerrada anirà seguida d’una conversa amb el Stephen Bates (Sergison Bates Architects), amb qui van col·laborar en el disseny de la Casa Voltes a Cadaqués. Editat per Stephen Bates i Fernando Villavecchia, el llibre “LINEAGE AND LEGACY A Certain Modernism in Cadaqués” es va publicar el 2021.
